First, we will present the history of the domain and its philosophy. Then, we will take you to visit our plot of Clos des Poutures, in Monopole. This will allow you to understand permaculture and agroecology, especially thanks to grassing. Finally, we will finish with a tasting of 8 wines, including 2 villages and 2 first growths.
