The farm consists of 30 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grape varieties. The vineyard is spread over 10 different villages in Champagne. Particular attention is paid to producing ripe, healthy grapes that express these terroirs. The assembly is a time to share and decide as a family: it is a period of long reflections, negotiations, even compromise to find the perfect balance. In each blend, a high proportion of reserve wine is added. The printing and disgorging are carried out by us, with our equipment and our know-how. The ageing on lees in bottles takes place for a minimum of four years in the darkness of the cellars.

Our story

Le Champagne Bouché Père et Fils, a family business for four generations, was founded by Abel Bouché in 1920. It was then his son Pierre who developed the estate and began in 1945 to vinify and market his own Champagne. Today, it is José the grandson and Nicolas the great grandson who perpetuate the family spirit of the House.
