Our vines are located in the small village of Trépail, in the heart of the Côte des Noirs. We manage it in a reasoned and environmentally responsible way without having labels, and for 4 generations, our company has been running its vineyard, classified as a 1er cru and mainly made up of Chardonnay. A few parcels of Pinot Noir complete those of Chardonnay. Our 5 vintages perfectly represent our terroir. Our philosophy and the spirit of our champagnes can be summed up in a few words: elegance, proximity and pleasure.
Family know-how and respect for Champagne practices are passed down from generation to generation. Today, Fabrice is the one who combines traditional methods and modernity, in particular by opening up to new approaches: conservation of old vines, controlled yields, reasoned viticulture, prevention of environmental risks, production of wines without malolactic fermentation, return to barrel vinification... To guarantee the quality and traceability of our champagnes, we produce them from grapes exclusively from our own production and entirely made and aged in our cellars: we are manipulative harvesters and proud to be so.
