Our story

Coming from a family of winegrowers, it was in 1989 that I decided to settle down and in 2003 to invest in the production of Germar Breton champagne. We are very attentive to all the stages of vinification; from the planting of the grape varieties, to the management of the vine, from our choices of cultivation to the bottle. We want to let all the finesse of our wines be revealed, and our champagne is rewarded by many wine guides and competitions (Guide Hachette, Gault et Millau, Bettane et Desseauve...)

Other little stories

Being a winegrower is much more than a profession: it is a passion. The fact of making a champagne wine in order to please the people who will taste it during a happy event with family or friends, is the sign of satisfaction of this beautiful profession. the name GERMAR comes from the first syllables of the first names of our two daughters: Gersande and Marcelline.
