We are committed to producing high quality champagnes, representative of the character of Pinot Noir. To do this, we impose strict quality standards on ourselves to ensure maximum respect for our terroir:
- vines treated with organic products with supplements borrowed from biodynamic farming-
cuvée limited in sulphur (45 milligrams /L)
- low dosage
- double the ageing time
Descendant of a Champagne family that has been cultivating vines since the 17th century, Lucien Collard finally realized his dream of creating his own champagne brand with the help of his godchild Auriane by marketing his first vintages in 2015. A simple range, an extra raw and a vintage, with a very strict quality charter and a packaging that pays tribute to the history of Champagne, a label inspired by 19th century codes.
Passionate about history and Bouzy, we look forward to bringing out our next vintages from the cellar, which will reveal other aspects of its pinot noir, as well as to opening soon our 19th century pickers' house, whose renovation we are continuing.
