The least interventionist, and as natural as possible! Non-toxic and non-carcinogenic treatments for humans, tillage, grassing, use of natural yeasts, chaptalization is not desired, vinification in barrels, on lees, without fining or filtration. Late bottling to mature the wines, seeking balance, thanks to low dosages, generally in extra-brut. Little assembly of years, in the end, to guarantee the authenticity of the annual expression of a terroir, through its old vines. Wine and nature decide, to the delight of the palate.

Our story

After a long interruption, the estate was bottled again in 1946. Since then, we have been making our Champagnes in barrels, favouring the fruit and authenticity of the terroir of Verzenay, the historic Grand Cru of Champagne. Realizing everything ourselves, we joined the Independent Winegrowers.
