Located near the town of Valfaunes au Pic saint Loup, the estate covers more than 50 hectares, 28 of which are in the Pic Saint Loup appellation and 22 in the I.G.P. Saint Guilhem le Désert - Val de Montferrand appellation.
We produce 2 reds, 1 white and 1 rosé on old vines aged between 15 and 35 years on Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre for red and rosé wines and Viogner and Roussane for white.
When she returned to the estate in 2015, Christelle decided with her father Bernard to leave the cooperative cellar in order to be independent and produce their own wines. Wanting to fly on their own wings requires a very important personal and financial investment but the experience is so much more rewarding.
Together, father and daughter started their activity in the vineyard and their winemaking. Vintage after vintage, the wines are frank, honest, simply good.
Now, Christelle runs the estate alone and has given it an identity.
"We have been hit hard by the hail impacting almost two years of harvests, which requires a lot of work to wipe out the devastation. But being a winegrower is also about that, knowing how to bounce back, keeping your head up high while being guided by passion."
