As the custodian of a long winegrowing tradition (13th generation in Fitou), I am committed to passing on this know-how and passion. The estate (17ha) extends along the seaside between Narbonne and Perpigan. The grapes are harvested by hand. I produce in A.O.P. Fitou, Corbières, a Muscat de Rivesaltes, and two local wines, red and white, the Muscat petit grain vine which produces the white Vin de Pays, ideally exposed is often the first vine harvested in France. In the vines as in the cellar I use few additives, no sulphite during vinification and very little before bottling. The wines are more gourmet and easy to drink.

Our story

For the past 5 years, the estate has been immersing bottles at various sites: in the Mediterranean or off Brittany and even in the lakes of old volcanoes in Auvergne. thanks to the lessons of these tests we have better understood the gas exchanges between the bottle and the cork and thus been able to limit the use of sulphites. These bottles have so far been marketed for charitable purposes, which will remain the case, but we will soon move up a gear with the sale of these exceptional wines.

Other little stories

On the estate we carry out many trials: wines aged at sea, in jars, etc. Bottles that will be sold on site in a few months.
