The Guy d'Arfeuille family, is not without knowledge of vineyard management on the Right Bank of Bordeaux. Owner of other chateaux in the Libourne area, it was in 1995 that they acquired Chante Alouette. Benoit d'Arfeuille, in 20 years redrew the contours of the vineyard, acquired an additional 3 hectares and brought more precision to this terroir wine, thanks to the tilling of the soil, the modernization of equipment and the support of consulting oenologists. Since his recent death, his son Antoine d'Arfeuille has taken up the family torch at just 24 years of age.
Family estate, recently managed by Antoine d'Arfeuille, at just 24 years old. He succeeds his father, Benoit, and brings a more modern vision with the help of a new oenologist. In love with his region and its heritage, Antoine has always wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and thus carry on the family tradition.
