Located in Vidauban, in the heart of Provence, the Château d'Astros is a committed estate that extends over 680 hectares, including 80 hectares of organically grown vines and 10 hectares of apple trees.
Beginning in the 13th century, the history of the Domaine d'Astros has seen a succession of Templars and Knights of the Order of Malta.
Crossed by two superb aqueducts, the property has been owned by the Maurel family for nine generations.
The Astros estate is also known for its traditional apple picking in Autumn, in the 10 hectares of orchards. It was used as a film location for Yves Robert's famous Château de Ma Mère in 1990, and more recently for Reem Kherici's D-Day in 2017.
