As a geobiologist and bio-energetician, we were curious to identify and observe the invisible forces at work in nature as well as in the preparations. Wine is for us a union between the forces of Light and Earth. The mastery of the invisible elements that are Water, Air, Earth, Fire as well as the alchemical understanding of wine commit us to go towards its purification. Humbly we work the soil and the vine while observing and experimenting the telluric and cosmic forces at work. The know-how and experience acquired in this field allow us to elaborate healthy and quality wines.
The process of fermentation and the process of alchemy have something in common: the transformation of matter. We have designed our wine as we look for the philosopher's stone. From the beginning, the work from the vine to the bottle. Everything has been done so that the visible and invisible forces create the harmony of our wines. For this, we worked as much on what is visible as on what is not visible thanks to geobiology and bioenergy. Nature gave us the minerals and trace elements that wine needed, but it also gave our wines the four elements (Water, Air, Earth, Fire).
