The estate extends over nearly 40 hectares in the Luberon commune. The name of the château is simply the place where the vines are located. The 12 wines of the estate are made from the following grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Pinot noir, Roussanne, Cinsault, Rolle, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Muscat de Hambourg. Each has its own touch of originality and a very personal style.
Since 1880, the estate has been handed down from generation to generation, and it is in 1996 that I took over the estate in order to produce wines from the terroirs. the particularity of the estate and what has made it famous are the powerful wines that we produce but above all the blend of Pinot Noir which gives our wines all their originality. It was my father, at the beginning of the 1980s, who decided to plant 2 hectares of Pinot Noir, our terroir benefiting from an ideal climate to cultivate this Burgundian grape variety.
It was in 1980 that my father decided to grow Pinot Noir in this region. At the beginning we were forced to produce outside the Luberon appellation, but we managed to get a derogation to continue to use this grape variety.
