Vine & scrubland! The Château de Marmorières has more garrigue than vines, which gives the wine the typical aromas of our beloved Clape ! Whether in Marmorières in the commune of Vinassan or in Saint Pierre la Garrigue overlooking the sea, the garrigue is omnipresent: thyme, rosemary, cistus, wild iris, pines, oaks... wonderful scents when you go into the vines ! When you come to taste our wines in our renovated cellar, you will probably see one of the 40 peacocks walking along the almond trees' alley or the castle's vineyard. What colors!
