The vineyard has an area of 3.14 ha, we are 100% present on the AOC St Emilion Grand Cru. Our vines are on average 60 years old, our plots have a beautiful exposure at the bottom of the coast facing North-South, and we produce wines from the Merlot and Cabernet Franc grape varieties.

Our story

The expression of the terroir is an element that takes on its full meaning in the wines of Château de Pasquette, from the work in the vineyard to the cellar. At each stage of the process, the aim is to express the terroir of Château de Pasquette with delicacy, finesse and elegance. It is a long-term task to understand its terroir, this fragile interaction between man, his land and the elements. To understand your terroir is to understand your own limits and weaknesses. At Château de Pasquette we try every year to be as close as possible to our terroir and this is reflected in our wines. We are committed to practising sustainable agriculture that respects our soils and the environment. This is why we work the soil without chemical weeding, and why we work our wines almost without sulphur. Our objective is to limit inputs. This estate is the expression of a collaborative and passionate work between Marc and Laurence Vincent and Luc Barusseau (owners and winegrower).

Other little stories

With our winemaker oenologist, as he likes to say, we launched in 2015 a "insolent" cuvée with carbonic maceration, whole harvest on Cabernet Franc, this wine is different to get out of the traditional winemaking straitjacket.
