A few minutes from Saint-Emilion, a close-knit and motivated team works at all times to produce high quality grapes and then obtain aromatic wines that combine tradition and modernity. The well-drained old surface sands generate a warm microclimate that promotes good berry maturation. Thanks to the deep clays, the vine draws all the nutrients necessary for the production of concentrated grapes with complex aromas. Our grape varieties are as follows: 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes harvested are always very colourful, with ruby garnet robes, dark and sustained. We carry out mechanical harvesting with optical sorting on board. Our vinification is done in small thermo-regulated concrete vats and the maturing from 12 to 14 months in oak barrels and vats allows our wines to express themselves in respect of the product and the desired quality.

Mr. Grosdidier and Stévenin have given a second wind to the Château and the wines produced, while respecting traditions but adding touches of modernity and ensuring a quality that has grown steadily since then.
Far from the visual codes of Saint-Emilion wines, the labels of the latest vintages have been reworked with elegance and sobriety, in the image of a modern wine. Our range has also been extended with the production and maturing of a Bordeaux AOC, from the côtes de Castillon that border the Château. We can offer a fresh and aromatic wine, ready to drink while waiting for the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru...
