Our estate has gradually gone beyond anonymity and we are very proud that the quality of our wines is recognized by real wine lovers. Numerous national and international awards attest to this relentless teamwork for greater quality.
Sometimes you don't fall into wine at a young age but the wine world catches you later. Such is my case. Coming from very far away and having various jobs successively but always in the Languedoc. It is by the way of the kitchen where the meetings with wine growers took place in the 90s. I was head chef in my restaurant in Montpellier from 1991-2006. I started to build strong ties with winemaker friends before discovering and appreciating their wines. This multi-faceted world caught me later and finally forced me to be versatile and competent.
This world of hard work and courage fascinates and attracts me. Beautiful encounters with other winegrowers remain in my memory. All passionate about their work, I was touched by their generosity of sharing. Today, being among them is a great pride for me because the value of teamwork remains paramount. Today our estate is one of the greats of the Corbières.
