(33) Gironde

It is a vineyard of 4 hectares located in Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens, 5 km southwest of Saint-Emilion. The terroir benefits from the richness of the Dordogne alluvium. The soil is sandy-gravelly with a clay vein at a slight depth. The vines are between 10 and 43 years old and the grape varieties are 100% Merlot.

Our story

We divide our time between Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens and Génissac. We have started our conversion to organic farming on both estates. We are convinced that in the vineyard, a respectful work of the soil completed by multiple herbal teas and purins, and that in the cellar, the right and innovative parcel-based vinifications will allow us to sublimate our two terroirs, all in a friendly and benevolent atmosphere.

Other little stories

In 2020, after a year of training and observation, we sign our commitment to organic farming. This conversion will be spread over 3 years. We are convinced that this is the way to go to respect our terroirs and ensure their future. Two new friends are coming to help us in this bidoversity development process: Auroch and Beauvin!
