Our 15 hectares are grouped on the last hillside of the Côtes de Bourg and benefit from a south-facing exposure. Cultivated in Biodynamics (Demeter Certified), our estate enjoys a diversified environment and flora. Our soils are mainly gravelly. At the top of the hillside, there will be small oxidized gravel, and at the slope and bottom of the hillside, the soils will be more clayey. Half of our vines are over 35 years old.
Our estate was founded in 1850 and has been published by Éditions Féret since 1875. The estate delivered its grapes directly to the cooperative cellar in Pugnac from 1945 to 1993. The following year, he changed hands. Its new owners have invested by creating a new winery allowing them to make wine themselves.
From their first harvests they were recognized in the magazine Les Grands Vins de France and have won numerous medals for the quality of their wines. In 2010, we decided to take the plunge and live off our passion. Great lovers of local wines, we have decided to choose a method of cultivation in organic and biodynamic agriculture (Demeter), in order to get all the quintessence of our terroir.
Neo-vintner, from the world of information technology, naturally I settled in biodynamics with the objective of making sincere wines and without artifices, well anchored in their soil.
