Activity Details

Participate in the manual harvesting of the property (cutting of the white or red grapes according to the period, return from the harvest to the vat room, followed by de-stemming and vatting of the grapes). Coffee break or snack according to the choice of the day ½ Preliminary visit of the vat room and complete explanation on the vinification and maturation of our wines. Tasting of 5 wines the place: the adjoining vineyard and the cellars of the property Lunch break: Pic Nic on site possible, or meal nearby at the Ferme Auberge de Gauvry, (Adult menus from 17 €/p) The period: September/October, from 8am or 2pm - Children from 12 years old Note: Provide clothing and outdoor shoes/boots adapted to the weather.
