In an exceptional setting, between the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Luberon, the vineyards of Château Paradis extend over 80 hectares in the heart of Provence, in the extreme north of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, in the commune of Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade.
The estate offers an exceptional range of terroirs that the various owners have been able to develop over the years. Since 2011, Xavier and Odile Thieblin, attached to their Provençal roots, have been committed to promoting the estate and bringing it to excellence.
Accompanied by Michel Tardieu and Philippe Cambie, renowned oenologists in the Rhône Valley, our team produces exceptional vintages that reflect the authenticity and particularity of our terroir, driven by the passion of our profession, we do everything possible to create unforgettable wine tourism experiences, discovering the vines and wine.
The soul of a great terroir
Cited several times in the famous magazines Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate, and recently tasted at Quai d'Orsay, Château Paradis' wines reflect the authenticity and particularity of their terroir. The vineyard, located between the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Luberon, is composed of limestone soils and enjoys a much cooler climate than the rest of Provence. Temperatures are mild, especially at night, which helps to preserve freshness, minerality and aromatic finesse during vinification. The 80 hectares of vines are worked in parcels to express all the characteristics and specificities of the terroir, thus making it possible to produce exceptional vintages.
