In an exceptional setting, between the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Luberon, the vineyards of Château Paradis extend over 80 hectares in the heart of Provence, in the extreme north of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, in the commune of Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade.
The estate offers an exceptional range of terroirs that the different owners have been able to develop over the years. Since 2011, Xavier and Odile Thieblin, attached to their Provençal roots, have been committed to developing the estate and bringing it to excellence. Accompanied by Michel Tardieu and Philippe Cambie, renowned oenologists in the Rhone Valley, our team produces exceptional wines that reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of our land.Driven by the passion of our profession, we do our utmost to create unforgettable wine tourism experiences, to discover the vine and the wine.
The soul of a great terroir Cited several times in the famous magazines Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate, and recently tasted at the Quai d'Orsay, the wines of Château Paradis reflect the authenticity and the particularity of their terroir. The vineyard, located between the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Luberon, is composed of limestone soils and enjoys a much cooler climate than the rest of Provence. The temperatures are mild, especially at night, which allows to keep freshness, minerality and aromatic finesse during the vinification. The 80 hectares of vines are worked in parcels to express all the characteristics and specificities of the terroir, thus allowing the elaboration of exceptional vintages.
