Château Saint-Esprit

Château Saint-Esprit welcomes its visitors with as much charm as friendliness, just like its sales cellar. It is in an old stone tower, completely renovated, that you will taste, in a cosy atmosphere, the wines of the property accompanied by the flavours of some local products: goat cheese, organic tomatoes from the vegetable garden, tapenade. On sunny days, it is on the terrace of the cellar, that you can sit down for a tasting in the shade of a vine vine and dry stone terraces, facing the vines and olive trees. Thus the philosophy of the Croce-Spinelli family is one of welcome, conviviality and complicity. The family will offer you an educational tour to discover the estate's grape varieties and the stages of winemaking.
The vines of Château Saint-Esprit are located on the hillside in the red lands of the trias. 15 hectares of clayey-limestone, stony soils, an exceptional terroir regularly ploughed to optimise each drop of water. The characteristic grape varieties of the Côtes de Provence make up the vineyard.
The
rolle for whites; cinsault, syrah, grenache and mourvèdre for rosés, syrah, grenache and mourvèdre for
reds.

At Château Saint-Esprit, the yield is reasoned. No more than 40 hectolitres per hectare. Healthy viticulture is also evident when you discover a herd of sheep grazing in

the vineyards.

artists in its various locations

Our story

Owned by the Crocé-Spinelli Family for four generations, Château Saint-Esprit is located in the heart of Provence on a multi-centenary estate (12th century).
The philosophy of the Crocé-Spinelli Family is to highlight, in its wines, the Provençal identity and more particularly that of its terroir. Healthy viticulture combined with family know-how are the pillars of the estate. Today Richard and Hélène Crocé-Spinelli, their son Florent and their daughter Mathilde manage Château Saint-Esprit with the same
passion.

Le Mas du domaine hosts many events, weddings, art exhibitions and offers thematic stays to discover Provence in one of its magnificent guest rooms or cottages.
