Our estate is located in the Luberon National Park, on the hillside of the hill of Les Puits, in Provence. Facing the Vaucluse mountains, our vineyards surrounded by forests are between 350 and 400 metres above sea level. We enjoy a beautiful biodiversity and our clay soil gives our wines character and elegance. Harvesting is carried out by hand to highlight the full potential of our 8 grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsaut, Mourvèdre for the Red, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Viognier for the Whites.

Our story

Château Saint Pons is a property dating back about fifty years. Our vines are between 10 and 50 years old, which allows us to produce lively and complex wines. Our range fully represents the AOC Ventoux and we will strive to complete it with more "original" wines: a Fruity Red from our old Cinsaut, easier to drink when it is hot, a white wine made from Viognier and blended with Roussanne vinified in oak barrels from Château d'Yquem. Finally, a top-of-the-range red wine from our old vines blended with our old mourvèdres vinified in 600L half muids.

Other little stories

Our goal is to remain a vineyard on a human scale. This allows us to keep a privileged link between our land, the vine and you, wine lovers. We always wish to offer a quality wine, an expression of our terroir. Our vines are fully integrated into a polyculture area where the fauna and flora are very rich. We wish to preserve this harmony, which guarantees distinctive and unique wines.
