Accompanied by the estate's oenologist, test tubes by hand and while respecting the rules of the Madiran PDO, it is up to you to create your ideal cuvée! Discover in a fun and educational way the basics of the art of tasting and the different flavours of taste. After theory, practice! Now it's up to you to put yourself in the shoes of an oenologist and make the perfect blend. Fruity, long in the mouth, subtle tannin... all the possibilities are open to you. You will leave with a bottle of the chosen cuvée to drink on the occasion of your choice. Groups: why not add a little spice and divide yourself into several assembly tables? Each group can create an exceptional cuvée, a blind tasting will allow you to decide between yourself!
