The Clos de Noël is located in the commune of Faurilles, but the vines are mainly on Boisse. The vineyard is mainly located on a clay-limestone plateau that surrounds the property with an average altitude of 135 meters. The Clos de Noël is mainly composed of red grape varieties, notably Merlot. We also find Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Since 2018, we have been planting to bring diversity to the winery. We can find mainly Malbec, but also Syrah and Prunelard. We also planted white with Gros Manseng and Chardonnay. The vineyard is managed in a reasoned manner with cultural practices that respect our terroir and environment.Clos de Noël makes wines of character, offering great aromatic richness and balanced structure. The signature of the winemakers is expressed through the emphasis on fruit and silky and delicate tannins.
Yohan, son of a farmer and winegrower wanted to highlight his terroir. With Camille, his partner, they created the Clos de Noël in 2018 with the aim of providing quality wines representative of an exceptional terroir.
We like to share our passion for our work and to let everyone who comes to our cellar taste our wines and the specificities of our terroir.
