For 800 years, the family has kept a wine tradition in Touraine. After studying engineering and oenology, and having had extensive experience in Bordeaux, Champagne and Provence, I chose to take over the vineyard, trying to combine modernity and tradition. Modernity, by the concern to develop biodiversity in the vineyards and to work for a sustainable viticulture. But also tradition, through the search for more original wines, closer to the very first Georgian vinifications; wines without sulphur, natural sparkling, orange wine, parcel wine, gravity vinification etc.
I am passionate about beekeeping and have also set up a small apiary at the Clos. The bees are a strong marker of this permanent search for biodiversity that we seek to develop. We have been able to greatly increase our production of honey, today it is not only for family and friends!
