The domain's short story
For 800 years, the family has maintained a wine-making tradition in Touraine. After studying as an engineer-oenologist and strong experiences in Bordeaux, Champagne and Provence, I chose to take over the Clos, which had unfortunately been abandoned for the last six years. I am concerned about preserving the biodiversity in the vineyards (very strong thanks to these years of fallow land), minimizing the work in the vineyard thanks to agronomic research and what we know better today! My objective is to produce wines that will be purer, more authentic, more original, closer to the very first Georgian vinifications; wines without sulphur, natural sparkling wine, orange wine, parcel cuvée, gravity vinification etc.
