The estate is located halfway between Montpellier and Sete on the hills of La Moure, our vines benefit from the sunny southern climate on a clay-limestone soil and mainly on the hillsides. Our main grape varieties are Viognier, Alicante and Syrah, yields are limited and we vinify in the traditional way to produce quality wines with a Mediterranean accent. For several years we have been working to reduce the use of pesticides in our vineyards and since 2020 we are committed to converting to organic farming.
It's a long love story between wine and my family since 5 generations of winegrowers have succeeded one another on this terroir. I followed my grandfather's advice by setting up in 2001 on the heights of the village at a place called La Bruyère, which he said was the best terroir in the village. My father was one of the first to plant the Viognier grape variety in the Languedoc and we still have a vine of this variety in Massale selection (no clone). Unlike my ancestors, I have chosen to bottle and sell my wine directly to my customers so that I can meet them and share my love of wine.
With the help of my partner we organize concert evenings with local bands in the summer, we have moved a bar into the vineyard for this purpose, and we offer homemade mussels and fries
