After the phylloxera crisis, my grandparents were the first to replant vines in the village of Brasles. A typical Champagne family estate for 3 generations, it has been in existence since 1945. My passion for wine and vines was long in coming. Indeed, nothing let me predict that I would take over my father's farm, but the hazards of life made me enrol in a wine school, and there it was the trigger, the big shock, this profession was made for me.
