We want to take care of our vines and respect the environment. We practice grassing with a minimum of amendment. The pruning is short and the fruits are harvested at their right maturity to obtain a perfect harmony between sweetness, finesse, structure and elegance... Although we produce the famous and famous Alsatian grape varieties, our estate is known for producing exceptional Riesling thanks to the three different soils that make up our village. These marvellous grape varieties, in these appellations, benefit from terroirs that are ideal for producing a great vintage, such as clay-limestone, pink sandstone and marl limestone terroirs.
We have been winegrowers from father to son for five generations in Wolxheim le Canal, producing the seven Alsatian grape varieties: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat d'Alsace, Pinot Gris, Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Noir, and we offer authentic wines and carefully care for the terroir, the vine and the berries to extract the most beautiful expression possible.Charles Dischler, since 1970, has been working towards monoculture of the vine and has collected 26 atypical plots on Wolxheim, Dahlenheimet, Rothstein, Altenberg and Molsheim. Today it is André, his son, who continues the tradition accompanied by his wife Nathalie.
A total of 26 micro plots make up our vintages.
