The Brossette estate has existed since 1710 in Beaujolais, the Brossette family vinifies and raises its wines in the greatest tradition from father to son. In the middle of the Golden Stones, was born, at "Domaine Brossette", one of the most popular wines. The rich, clay-limestone hillside soils are nourished by an excellent exposure and it is undoubtedly thanks to this that our vineyard gives a "nectar" with developed and subtle flavours. The estate benefits from an excellent exposure and very favourable conditions for the ripening of the fruits of its grape variety. Inherited from the past, Domaine Brossette's wine-making practices give its winegrowers, owner-growers from father to son for generations, complete control over their oenological interventions.
Domaine Brossette in Beaujolais is also a wine nursery. From father to son since 1710 we have been producing vine plants and cultivating, vinifying and maturing our wines in the purest tradition of our Beaujolais terroir. We respect the environment by applying reasoned control when using our phytosanitary products throughout our domain.
Wine is the healthiest and most hygienic of all beverages and it is Mr. Pasteur who says it! The winegrower's job is exciting. To talk about it, come and see us, it is with pleasure that we will welcome you to taste the wines of our Beaujolais production. The Brossette estate is also well known for its expertise in wine nurseries. Indeed, we export the vines to the four corners of the world, which benefits from a very beautiful environment at the estate.
We use manual vinification and harvesting for a better final quality. A very strict sorting during the harvest by the picker on the vine is carried out then in the bin by a sorting table. We have chosen whole bunch fermentation to respect traditions and new oenological technologies during vinification.
