For 4 generations, our estate, a family property, has been located in the very heart of the city of Beaune. Today, the
estate farms 18 hectares in 5 villages and has a wide range of climates on the Côte de Beaune.
Traditional methods still govern the cultivation of our vines, the vinification and maturing of our wines, but modern and efficient equipment and new oenological technologies ensure the quality and consistency of our production.
Tilling the vines, short pruning, severe disbudding and green harvesting if necessary to control yields, reasoned fight for the respect of the environment, the soil, the plant and man.
Manual and mechanical harvesting with strict sorting in the vat room, passage on the sorting
table.
Each plot is vinified separately
Coming directly from the oldest family of ALOXE-CORTON, Simon Gagnerot bought his first vine in 1681
