The Chant des Loups estate was born from a passion for the land and wine between a father and his daughter. "From the small vine in the nursery to the bottle of wine, it is together that we carry out all the stages of the vine and the wine, in the respect of the environment and for only goal, that you appreciate the authenticity and the purity of our vintages".

The domain's short story

Throughout the seasons, we take care of our vineyard in a natural way and in harmony with the Lunar Calendar. In the cellar, the vinifications are meticulous in order to produce natural wines with the character of the appellation and our terroir. Marie and Franck Aymard, Father and Daughter Winemakers

The winemaker's pride

In Organic Agriculture for 10 years, our vineyard is located on the plateau of the garrigues of Sarrians, in the Vaucluse, near the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. The soil is clay-limestone and is covered with pebbles. Our grape varieties such as Grenache and Syrah adapt very well to this terroir which is one of the three great terroirs of the Vacqueyras appellation.
