This exceptional terroir seems to have been simply created for the cultivation of the vine, where there is a very sunny climate. The rolled pebbles give off, when evening comes, a delicate heat that promotes concentration and power to the grapes while preserving beautiful aromas...

Our story

We work our vines in a sustainable way, so we act according to what we observe in our plots and this in respect of the environment. We harvest the grapes according to the moon and very early in the morning to keep the maximum of aromas.

Other little stories

The name of the appellation Plan de Dieu does not have a common name, but a local name. It received its name from the nuns of Prébayon when they left the Dentelles de Montmirail massif to settle here. For them, it was the best vineyard terroir, the "plain of God".

In 2017, being the fourth generation to take over the family estate following my studies in viticulture and oenology, I decided to make my own vintages, which surprise by their quality, typicity and richness. The cultivation of the vine has been a real passion since I was a child.
