"Pierre, Passion and Tradition are at the heart of our estate located in Petite Champagne. Our regularly awarded products come from vines grown in sustainable viticulture. Because we want to make our profession known to as many people as possible, we are certified "Tourism & Disability" (Motor, Mental, Hearing, Visual) and "Vineyards & Discoveries".

Our story

Over time and for more than ten generations, men and women who love the land have succeeded each other in passing on their know-how to their descendants. Today, driven by the same passion, Anne, Philippe and Elodie Bouyer want to share with you the richness of a unique terroir - that of the limestone slopes of the Birius Estate. Since 1999, they have developed a direct sales activity in bottles, with the possibility of visiting their distillery and their farm on reservation. A combination of modernity and respect for ancestral traditions, they offer you a whole range of Cognac, Pineau des Charentes, Vins de Pays, Pétillant de raisin, Brûlot Charentais... as well as Liqueurs made with Cognac and natural fruit aromas;
