Our story

I created the Domaine de La Ganse in 2008 with the aim of combining healthy and quality work. This is why I have been using organic farming methods since 2011. The work "in green", such as disbudding and leaf removal, remains my most important work for the good development of my grapes. Climatic vigilance is also important when working organically. Today I am satisfied with my vintages; each vintage is different and their story is told by tasting them!
