Domaine de la Valière is a small family winery located in the commune of Coufouleux in the Tarn, in the southwest of the GAILLAC appellation and with its gravelly soil, making it an ideal place to produce quality red and rosé wines.Between tradition and quality standards, we take great care in the vinification process to offer you wines of exceptional quality, from local varieties, vines over forty years old and in respect for nature, from the pruning of the vine to bottling, we work all year round with the sole objective of offering you wines with a unique flavour and taste.
We created the Domaine de la Valière in 2004, a family wine estate and we want to carry out most of the work ourselves, from the vine to the cellar and all the way to marketing, because only the production of quality grapes will enable us to produce unique wines with character. In the vineyard, we use techniques that respect nature (grassing of the soil, working the soil under the row In the cellar, we prefer a gentle ageing process, with minimal use of oenological products and corrective techniques that would brutalise the wine.
We often prefer to let time do its work while respecting the natural evolution of wines, which is why we define ourselves as "Artisans Vignerons".
