15 ha of vines, trees, hedges, grass, bats and ladybugs, grapes and Tuffeau stone for our floors and buildings.

The domain's short story

My philosophy is quite simple: a good bunch of grapes makes a good wine! My team and I take care of the vines and the soil, concentrating as much as possible on manual work and planting selected plants in the plots to improve soil structure and provide nourishment for the vines. We hand-harvest the entire vineyard and intervene as little as possible on the wines so that they can fully express the complexity of their aromas and our terroirs. I like wines that are generous and supple, which is why we process 80% of our wines in century-old concrete vats to preserve and open up the aromas. Our wines are lively, yet deep and precise.
