The visit begins with a presentation of the estate and the vine cycle, then continues with the discovery of the conservatory vines. Then, visit the cellar, its functioning and the main principles of winemaking. To finish, a tasting of our wines according to the season. Located in Cherverny, the Domaine de Montcy was taken over in 2007 by Laura Semeria, the former vineyard of Château de Troussay. Organic farming has been implemented throughout the estate. The vinification is entirely made from the bunches harvested on this 30 hectare estate. The estate uses the natural method, there are no yeasts or enzymes added to allow the terroir to express itself totally at its best.
