Domaine Debray

Our estate is located in the heart of Beaune, a few meters from the famous hospices.
Created in 2006 by Yvonnick Debray, a passionate wine distributor, our estate is today one of the youngest in Burgundy!
It is based on 4 hectares divided up on the Côte de Beaune.
Moreover, in order to diversify our appellations, we buy grapes from some very reputable estates whenever possible.
Then, we vinify in the most natural process possible in our cellar in Beaune.

Moreover, we are in conversion to organic farming since 2019.

Our story

Yvonnick Debray is not the son of a winegrower, he is not from a wine-growing region and he ended up succeeding in this milieu! Work and passion are the reason for this success!
A Breton by origin and an accountant by training, he is not destined for the winegrower's trade.
His passion for wine has been a guide in his professional choices for several years already, since for about twenty years he was based in the Paris region. He has worked as a distributor for Burgundy wines at all the major French and international trade fairs.
However, in 2006, Yvonnick changed course and moved to Burgundy where he acquired a vineyard. Above all, he wanted to share his passion, show the curious around his cellars and conduct tastings of the different vintages of the estate to finally present his own wines.
