The visit begins near the vineyard to observe nature: the starting point of our work! Then we walk through the buildings, to the press with all the explanations about the harvest and then to the cellar: vinification, fermentation, underground tanks etc. Then comes the time for a tasting in the barrel cellar of the estate's wines and pure grape-cassis juice, after which you will be served a delicious snack, including Emilia's delicious biscuits and the "homemade" cake.
Over the years, nature has taught the winegrower and despite a method of cultivation called conventional, Joseph is attentive and reasonable in the management of his vineyard and the production of his wines and grape juices. For the past 6 years, he has been involved in the control of grape worms using the natural method called sexual confusion, which ultimately limits the use of pesticides. A real willingness to work with Mother Nature as best as possible!....
