I settled in 2015 in my native region, after 10 years of experience in the wine industry. My convictions are to produce grapes on healthy soil and to vinify them as naturally as possible in order to respect the entity of the terroir and preserve the environment. No over-extraction, no technology, the simple expression of fermented grapes for gourmet delicacies.
The sheep from the neighbouring plots have an unfortunate tendency to come and stay in our vineyards... A cohabitation that is not always easy!
