Situated in the heart of Chablis, at the foot of the hill of the Grands Crus, the Domaine Du Chardonnay is near a water mill on the banks of the Serein. It was created in 1987 and taken over in 2019 by a new generation, Arnaud NAHAN and Thomas LABILLE. The estate currently farms 35 hectares in the Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru appellations. The estate is committed to the environment and is certified Vegan (label EVE VEGAN) and HVE level 3.
A family estate that farms 35 ha in the Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru appellations. We sell exclusively the wines produced in our vineyards. In the image of the Chablis vineyard made of tradition and modernism, the wine making is based on the ancestral respect of the products, the grape, the must and the wine, combined with a rigorous control and a deep mastery that the evolution of the oenological knowledge offers us. Thus the work of vinification will be guided by respect for the terroirs, the vintages, the age of the vines and the sanitary quality of the grapes, in other words by adapting it to the "cuvée". We produce 2000 hectolitres, which represents about 250,000 bottles per year, half of which we sell in France and the other half abroad in 25 countries.
Estate created in 1987 by 3 partners then passed on in 2019 to the new generation Arnaud NAHAN and Thomas LABILLE. In 2020, we obtain the double certification EVE VEGAN and HVE level 3.
