Anecdotes about the domain

Before being a vineyard, the Domaine du Pavillon had hundreds of fruit trees which gradually gave way to vines. In the 1960s, the family farm was transformed into a barrel cellar and the wine estate was born. It is therefore quite natural that the old hunting lodge that stands proudly above the hillsides gave its name to the Domaine.

The domain's short story

A place steeped in family history, the estate was created in the 60s, before being entrusted to the Audibert family, a great family of passionate winegrowers. Today, it's J.P. who looks after the vines and produces the two generous, gourmet cuvées of Domaine du Pavillon.

The winemaker's pride

With its hillside vineyards in the heart of the great Crozes-Hermitage appellation, the 14-hectare Domaine du Pavillon takes care to sublimate its old Syrah grapes with the expertise and tradition of the great wines of the northern Rhône Valley. Its complex and intense wines, including a Cuvée Rouge and a Cuvée Blanc, are just like the winemaker - generous.
