Domaine du Siestou

Our story

Passionate about oenology, I decided to take over the family estate of 18ha, which was then under conventional viticulture, with the desire to create our own bottles while respecting our land (conversion to organic farming). It is thus in Laure-Minervois, in the middle of the vineyards that I decided to settle, to create a cellar and to make the first wines of the domain of Siestou. Thanks to a unique terroir and a good variety of grape varieties, we have a wide range of aromas and characters, the ardour of the Syrah, the roundness of the Grenache, the power of the old Carignan in the red Minervois appellation, and the intensity of the Chardonnay in the white IGP Pays d'Oc, the delicacy of the Pinot Noir in the rosé IGP Pays d'Oc. As a family we create wines with the desire to give priority to fruit, fruit and more fruit in order to give a maximum of voluptuousness, finesse and freshness to our bottles.
