It was with my father for 44 years that Pierre learned to work in the vineyard and to be a vine grower. Together we wanted to create our estate to make our wine and extend my father's work and passion. The harvest is done by hand. Pierre makes a personal wine, far from the standards with grape varieties he loves. Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Cinsault associated with endemic grape varieties (Grenache, syrrah, nielucciu and Vermentinu) Treatments are limited and weed control is practiced1 out of 2 rows. The tasting and sale in the cellar encourage contacts and the transmission of a passion.

Our story

The estate is located on the Rotani plateau on the Aleria - Corte axis in the Tavignano valley. First plantation in 1970 by my father. In 2009, my husband, Pierre, retired as a dental surgeon and restructured the vineyard. Planting with a density of 6000 plants/ha on 1.5 ha. (The smallest domain in Corsica to make the three colors) Our cellar benefits from an artisanal structure. The red wine is made the old-fashioned way in the "palmentu" (open concrete vat), placed in oak barrels for 6 months and modern technologies are used for white and rosé.
