Located on the edge of the Gaillac vineyard, on the edge of the Causse, the estate is situated between Cordes sur Ciel and Albi and extends over 30 hectares. Our vines are planted on a clay-limestone plateau, benefiting from the Autan wind which offers a very special biodiversity and allows us to obtain complex and rich wines. Our vines are divided into 50% red wines and 50% white wines from the following grape varieties: Syrah, Duras, le Fer Servadou for the reds, Loin de l'oeil, Sauvignon for the white, and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah for the rosé. Since 2016 the estate is in conversion to Organic Agriculture and 2019 to Biodynamic.

Our story

Established for more than 5 centuries on the edge of the causses, the estate has always produced wine, but it was in 1950 that our house took on a new dimension by starting to market wines under the impetus of my great grandfather, it is one of the very first vineyards in the Gaillac region. After a conversion of the estate to cereal cultivation, I decided 3 generations later to replant vines on our land in 2013.

Other little stories

I took over the estate to revive the estate's vines planted by my great grandfather in the past. My goal is to make people discover and appreciate grape varieties such as the far from the eye, the ancestral grape variety of the Gaillaicois, while offering modern products.
