In order to better appreciate the atypicality of our vintages we propose you a loop through the village vineyard to discover how we work in Organic Agriculture and how it will then be reflected in the wines. In this way, we make the notion of terroirs and biodiversity sensitive to everyone. It is also an opportunity to tell you about the evolution of the vine professions in Roussillon over the last few decades and how the landscape has changed as a result. This easy walk of at least 2 hours (more depending on the curiosity of visitors) is followed by a visit to the cellar, where our elaboration secrets will be revealed to you. In short, we offer you a total immersion in our profession in order to understand what you drink. Behind the wine, it is men, terroirs and grapes! The route is accessible to disabled people because it can be driven on.
