It is a story of friends from Auvergne, whose lasting ties were forged through an epicurean vision of life. Each in his own business developed his professional life, until the day when the idea was born to join forces around a common project to live their passion for vines and wine to the full. Then began the research that led us to the territory of the Saint-Chinian appellation whose geography, at the foot of the Haut Languedoc Park, the diversity of terroirs and authenticity immediately seduced us.And, in the autumn of 2018, we discovered the Domaine La Croix Sainte-Eulalie, in the hands of a family of enthusiasts, Michel, Aline and Agnès Gleizes, and we immediately understood that we wanted to continue their work, their centuries-old history, thus marking the beginning of a new adventure, ambitious, generous, respectful of this wonderful terroir of Saint Chinian and Languedoc, and in the service of the friendship that has been building us up for more than 30 years.
The estate developed from a vineyard already mentioned in 1560 on the site of an old chapel. The only thing that remains of this chapel is a cross in honour of Sainte Eulalie, who gave her name to the estate.
