Domaine La Fille des Vignes

Our vineyard, of 15 hectares, is present in the communes of Piégon, Puyméras, Saint Romain-en-Viennois and Mirabel-aux-Baronnies. The terroirs are sandy, gravelly or clay-limestone with altitudes ranging from 350 to 450 metres. At the Domaine, the grape varieties are very diverse: Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne and Clairette. We manage our vineyard with respect for the vines and the environment, using ancient practices such as shoeing and dehulling the vines, mechanical weeding according to the lunar cycle and pruning with the Royat cordon.We nourish our soil and our vines with organic fertilizer and lavender straw compost, the residue of a farmer used in our vineyard. Finally, we treat our vines in a reasoned and organic way. Each action is thought out on a parcel by parcel basis in order to respond as precisely as possible to the needs of our vines. The grapes are harvested after tasting the berries on the plot, either manually or mechanically depending on the age of the vines and the wine being made.

Our story

Passionate about viticulture for three generations, we are creating in 2019 the Domaine La Fille des Vignes. Thus, we produce our own organic wine in limited quantities in order to control all the stages of production, from the soil to the bottle. The wines of Domaine La Fille des Vignes are produced in an authentic and organic way, and always in a good mood. Aurélie and Guy
