Bernhard and Mélanie met in Corsica in primary school! It is in the small village of Patrimonio, famous for its vineyards, that both grew up. Like an omen. Then life separated them before adolescence, Bernhard's family leaving for the Dordogne. It was only in 2010 that chance, or fate, caused their paths to cross again, after everyone had walked on their own. Bernhard was then a sommelier in top restaurants in Australia and Bordeaux, and Mélanie worked as an osteopath, always in Corsica. Their reunion was a sign of a tremendous new beginning, as if everyone had lived until then only for the fulfilment of their common destiny. Since then, they have never left each other and have chosen to live at the rhythm of the life of the vines they acquired in 2013, and which they take care of with passion, making biodynamics their main focus. The fruits of their labour are beginning to appear, and are already delighting the palates
The entire property is worked without the use of synthetic products (Bio and Biodynamics). The surrounding plants, sulphur and copper are the only recommended agents to fight against vine diseases.
