Domaine les 3 Fontaines

Capdepon, a blanquetière family established for several generations in Villelongue d'Aude.................................................... a small typical village located in the heart of the Cathar country, near Limoux. Our vineyard extends over 80 hectares undulating between oak forests and scrubland, the climate is Mediterranean with an oceanic tendency. The southern sunshine and the cool altitude of the hills provide the ideal conditions for the perfect ripening of the grapes used to make our sparkling wines.

Our story

Our great-grandparents were already developing their Blanquette to awaken the taste buds of their family and friends, they passed on their secret and their passion for bubbles to us. We were the pioneers in the marketing of the "owner's" blanquette, now called "Limoux Méthode Ancestrale", which we have made our specialty, and we believe in a simple oenology that respects the environment, which is why all our grapes are made from vines grown in a sustainable agriculture.
